Mustard Greens
Closer to winter greens than a bottle of dijon, mustard greens bring a distinctive peppery bitterness to the plate. Their hearty leaves stand up to a variety cooking techniques, but still shine when served raw. On top of that, they’re loaded with beneficial antioxidants and nutrients that would even put kale to shame. A grain of mustard seed indeed.
