Jicama Con Chile
A particularly popular snack and appetizer throughout Mexico and Southern California, jicama con chile is a fantastic blend of salty, sour, and spicy flavors. Traditionally, sliced jicama sticks are seasoned with lime juice, red pepper flakes, and chili powder, but feel free to add in your own latin spices.
