Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli rabe leaves, stems removed and rinsed
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • ¼ cup parsley, rinsed
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup ice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process on high until completely smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve.
