Spicy and Fresh Carrot Ginger Juice

  • 1/2-inch piece ginger, peeled
  • 3 large Grimmway Farms carrots, peeled and cut into hunks
  • 1 apple, cored and cut into chunks
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper


  1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend on high until completely smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve covered in cheesecloth or paper towel. Serve chilled.
