- 1/2-inch piece ginger, peeled
- 3 large Grimmway Farms carrots, peeled and cut into hunks
- 1 apple, cored and cut into chunks
- 2 stalks celery, cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Place ingredients into a blender and blend on high until completely smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve covered in cheesecloth or paper towel. Serve chilled.
