Pineapple Mango Salsa

Sweet and spicy unite in this fruit forward salsa from our friends at Dole. Pair with grilled fish or chicken for a delectably fresh taco.

  • 1-1/2 cups DOLE® Fresh Tropical Gold® Pineapple cut into chunks
  • 1 ripe DOLE Mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped red cabbage
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped DOLE Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 to 2 serrano or jalapeno chiles, seeded and minced


  1. STIR together pineapple, mango, cabbage, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and chiles in medium bowl.
  2. COVER and chill for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
  3. SERVE salsa over grilled fish or chicken with grilled vegetables.Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
