Heritage Golden Beet Salad

Taylor Farms shows us how to create a 'Heritage Golden Beet Salad.'

  • 3-ounces Taylor Farms Heritage Blend
  • 2-ounces roasted golden beets
  • 2-ounces roasted red beets
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 2-ounces walnuts
  • 1- ounce Chèvre cheese
  • 1/4 apple sliced
  • 1- ounce Lemon Tahini Dressing


  1. Blend all the dressing ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Peel the skin off the golden and red beets. Slice and sauté beets in a pan with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper for taste.
  3. Place Taylor Farms Heritage Blend in a bowl. Drizzle the Lemon Tahini Dressing. and distribute on leaves evenly.
  4. Place the Taylor Farms Heritage Blend on a serving plate. Top off salad with the roasted golden & red beets, walnuts, Chèvre cheese and a sliced apple. Bon appétit!

    2 TBSP lemon juice
    1 tsp maple syrup
    1 TBSP cider vinegar
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 tsp garlic
    Salt and pepper to taste
