Chocolate Dipped Mandarins

Baking Tip: Chocolate and citrus flavor go hand-in-hand and complement each other beautifully in baked goods!

  • 1-2 Mandarins
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt


  1. Peel and segment mandarins; set aside
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate in microwave (do this in 15 second increments to avoid burning the chocolate)
  3. Dip half of each mandarin segment in melted chocolate and set them on a plate
  4. Once each segment is coated, sprinkle sea salt on them
  5. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes to let the chocolate harden
  6. Enjoy!
